Wells Avenue Meridian, ID CZC Application Narrative Design Review Application The proposed project is a 4,577 square foot commercial building that is designed to be cohesive in scale, for, elements with the surrounding structures in the development. The property is adjacent to public roads to the East (S. Wells Avenue) and South (E. Gala Street). Parking is internally loaded. Rooflines are formed by parapet caps that come mostly at to two different levels: 19'-0" and 18'-4" for the main building body and 18'-0" at accents. The exterior material is primarily stucco and brick, highlighted by ares of "wood" cementitious accents. We feel the proposed building fits in well with its surroundings and will enhance the aesthetic and flow of the current development and neighborhood. We hope that the City of Meridian finds this building design suitable. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (208)-830-7030.
