RELINQUISHMENT OF EASEMENT
THIS RELINQUISHMENT OF EASEMENT is given in connection with and pursuant to that certain
License Agreement dated the 1) day of 7 2013, recorded as Instrument No.

l t 3 o i 661 Records ofAda County, Idaho, between SCS BRIGHTON LLC, an Idaho limited liability
company, and Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District, an irrigation district organized under the laws of the
state of Idaho (District), and is granted in accordance with the terms and conditions of said License
Agreement.
WHEREAS, the District held an easement across the property of SCS Brighton LLC for the Purdam
Drain and Taylor Drain as part of its irrigation and drainage system, and
WHEREAS, the parties have entered into the License Agreement referred to above involving in part
relocation ofthe Purdam Drain and Taylor Drain (the portion ofthe Taylor Drain is being vacated altogether)
and SCS Brighton LLC and the Idaho Transportation Department have conveyed to the District an easement
for the relocated section of the Purdam Drain by a certain Easements dated the �% day ofu
2013 and the day of c.eiu�j_ , 2013, respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, NAMPA & MERIDIAN IRRIGATION DISTRICT hereby releases and
forever quitclaims unto SCS BRIGHTON LLC, and to their heirs, successors and assigns all right, title, estate
and interest in and to that section of the Purdam Drain described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
