RE: McLinder Sub No. 2 – Lot 25 Shops at Sawtooth Village
Written response to CUP Staff Report
Thank you for the comments provided by staff, we appreciate the planning departments
recommendation of approval for the Conditional Use Permit and their input in making a better
project.
Our comments are as follows:
1. We agree to and have revised the site plan to address the following:
a. Identify the stacking lane, escape lane, circulation lane, and window location on
the plans.
b. Depict location of the bicycle rack upon the north side of the building.
c. 5’ attached sidewalk along the south side of the driveway along the north side of
the building connecting the sidewalk along Linde Road to the main building
entrance.
d. Handicap parking has been relocated to the parking on adjacent parcel.
e. Additional landscaping has been added along the east boundary of the site
assisting in buffering headlights from drive-thru.
2. CC&R’s recorded 4/12/2017, instrument 2017-031400, require shared use in all parking
and common areas. A copy of CC&R’s has been submitted to planning department.
3. We amended the diagonal parking spaces along the north to two parallel parking spots
designated for employee parking.
