Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
preliminary plat for Summerwood Subdivision H-2017-0083. These items are scheduled to be on the City
Council agenda on August 15 th , 2017. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue,
beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
