We purchased the property December of 2016, no improvements were started by the past owner. The project had been dormant for 18 months before we purchased it. ,January of 2017 the original project Engineer began efforts to revive the construction drawings and obtain approvals for construction. Our plan was to begin construction March of this year. However there were several design delays. We received final construction approval from the City late May of this year. Less that three months later we are 90% complete, but will not make the September 11, 2017 date when the plat expires. We have fencing and landscape remaining. Time will not allow us to complete those items and get final plat approval and signatures before the original expiration date of September 11, 2017.
