Bill,
Please see attached revised Site Plan, Landscape plan, and renderings for tonight’s hearing. In the revised drawings,
you’ll see we addressed the following concerns:
Landscaping:
1. We now indicate landscaping along Lot 1 at Locust Grove frontage.
2. Added landscaping in right-of-way along Locust Grove.
3. We now indicate landscaping along west side of north/south drive aisle.
4. We now indicate landscaping along North property boundary between fast eddy’s
5. Landscaping to meet ZERIC landscape requirement for reduction from 70% to 40% coverage in LS beds.
6. Added typical bike rack detail to be located next to office (on site plan)
Building Elevations:
1. Adjusted Buildings ‘A’ and ‘B’ in width to get required min. 25’ building separation.
2. Adjusted Building ‘N” to get required min. 25’ building separation.
3. Removed metal siding except where used as accent in Office Building base, and between larger panels of
Stucco and Block, along locust grove and Puffin Street elevations.

4. Added more permanent, appropriate mix of materials to exterior wall, being CMU; split face for texture, and
Stucco.
5. Indicate typical fencing elevation, see south elevation for typical fence profile to be used where building
does not abut “enclosure”.
