The property line separating Lots 1 & 2, Block 45 of the Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No.
15 is currently heading east and west. The proposed property line to separate Lots 1 & 2, Block
45 is heading north and south. Lot 1, BIock 45 proposed will be 45,943 square feet and Lot 2,
Block 45 proposed will be 33,302 square feet.
The property line currently separating Lots 2 & 3, Block 45 is proposed to be adjusted south
reducing the size of Lot 3, Block 45 from 69,083 to 67,877 square feet. The property lines of Lot
4, Block 45 are to remain the same.
The property line separating Lots 3 & 5, Block 45 is proposed to be adjusted 7.23 feet north
increasing the overall area of Lot 3, Block 45 from 21,930 square feet to 23,140 square feet. All
other lines of Lot 3, Block 45 are to remain the same.

Grantor makes no covenants or warranties with respect to title, express or implied, other
than that previous to the date of this deed, Grantor has not conveyed the same estate to any
person other than Grantee and that such estate is at the time of the execution of this deed free
from encumbrances made or suffered by the Grantor, or any person claiming under Grantor,
subject, however, to (i) reservations or restrictions in federal patents or state or railroad deeds or
in laws providing for such patents or deeds; (ii) building and zoning regulations and ordinances
of any governmental entity; (iii) the lien of real property taxes not yet due and payable; (iv) all
easements, rights of way, claims of easements, covenants, restrictions and encumbrances or other
matters of record or that would appear from a survey or careful examination of the Property; and
