Hi Bill and Sonya,
We are working on addressing the items you listed with regard to the PINE43 plan. I have some concept plans for the
residential lots that I will get to you next week. It is my intent to show how they work on the lots with flexibility in the
design and architectural style; I would like to build some of that language into the development Agreement.
Is the next available Planning and zoning hearing on August 17 th ? If, so I hereby formally request that the PINE43
applications be continued to be heard before the Meridian City Planning and Zoning Commission on that date.
I will be addressing the other comments as well.
