More so, Heritage Hop Haus is great place to hang out and have a few drinks with some friends. As a "Retail Establishment" Heritage Hop Haus is required to sell no alcohol past the hour of 10:00pm every day of the week. Heritage Hop Haus is proposing to change their establishment from "Retail" to "Drinking" so they have the option and opportunity to legally sell alcohol from the hours of l lam- 2am every day of the week. Heritage Hop Haus' proposed hours does not mean that they will be open till 2am every night, but would like to have the legal opportunity to do so if there is ever a "private party" type situation to come up. Heritage Hop Haus' core demographic and customers are known to want to stay on premise past the hour of 10:OOpm and feel they are missing out on prime business hours by stopping the service.
