Neighborhood Meeting A neighborhood meeting for the DA Mod was held on Wednesday, May 10th at 6 pm at the Volterra/Vicenza clubhouse at 3840 W. Gondola Drive. This neighborhood meeting was advertised to discuss the Development Agreement Modification for Bridgetower/Cottonwood and also the preliminary plat for Summerwood Subdivision. There was a brief presentation about the DA Mod, but there were no questions from residents. Our application materials include the neighborhood meeting signup sheet and the meeting notes. Thank you for your guidance as we proceed through this fairly complicated modification process and please let me know the next steps and/or additional materials that are needed to complete the Development Agreement Modification approval process.
