Earlier this year we went through the process to have the church parcel annexed from the county into the city. As part of the development agreement between the Church and the City. We will be installing a 10 -foot wide multi -use pathway along the property frontage of Chinden Blvd. This pathway shall be constructed within the street buffer and shall be outside of the future right of way for Chinden Blvd. The DA also says that we should coordinate the details of the public use easement with you. Before we finalize our plan and submit our CZC package we wanted to have your feedback. A large portion of the Chinden frontage is already landscape and would be retained and protected. There is a smaller portion to the east that will need to be bermed and landscaped to match the existing conditions. If you could please let us know if you see any issues with the proposed location of the path.
