Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 4, in the intersection of Ustick Road with
Eagle Road; thence, N.89°35'23"E., 830.94 feet along the north line of said Section 4
(centerline of said Ustick Road); thence, S.00°00'06"E., 521.74 feet along the west line of said
Una Mas Subdivision to a ½ inch rebar set in the west line of said Parcel C located 5.56 feet
north of the southwest corner of said Parcel C and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence,
