Your property consists of two parcels located on the north side of Daphne Street, just west of Vicenza Subdivision in Meridian, Idaho. The property is located in township 4 north, range 1 west, section 27. Well logs for this section were reviewed on the Idaho Department of Water Resources website. The attached well logs are for properties in the immediate vicinity of the subject property. The well logs indicate that the static water level is 3-5 feet below the ground surface. This matches well with prior research by this consultant for the Vicenza Subdivision development. It is safe to assume this is the depth to groundwater on the subject property. We look forward to assisting with your geotechnical needs should this project become viable and proceed to the design phase.
