We are in agreement with the staff report with the following clarifications:
• The East Drain ditch in the Vicenza Subdivision to the east was removed since it was no longer needed. We will
remove a portion of the drain ditch in Summerwood too, but will pipe the section of the East Drain that is still
being used by offsite properties (if needed).
• As noted in the staff analysis, we will request a waiver from City Council so that the Scribner Lateral can be
located in an easement instead of a common lot. This treatment is consistent with the lateral easement in the
Vicenza Subdivision.
• We appreciate your clear and concise explanation regarding the open space in Summerwood and Volterra
North. As noted in condition 1.1.2, we will amend the Volterra North DA to include the Summerwood
Subdivision.
• You will receive another updated ACHD staff report from Dawn noting that the use of the pavers is no longer
denied. We may need to get the ACHD Commissioners approval, but we do have staff support (Gary) to
continue the use the pavers in this project. As long as your conditions of approval reference meeting ACHD
requirements, we are good and agree.
