Broadway Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 VIA EMAIL RE: H-2017-0066 2 ½ STREET TOWNHOMES The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced rezone and preliminary plat applications for the 2 ½ Street Townhomes located south of East Fairview Avenue on the east side of 2 ½ Street, north of I-84 milepost 42.20 for Broadbent Properties. ITD has the following comments: 1. ITD has no objections to the rezoning and preliminary plat applications for the construction of townhomes at this location. 2. The project does not abut the State highway system. 3. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can contact the ITD District 3 Traffic Section at 334-8300 for more information. 4. All signing shall meet the requirements of Idaho Code 40-1910.
