The only comments to the report are questions related to the existing infrastructure in NE 2 ½ St. I am filing a public
records request with ACHD for some of their information, but if the City has any information on file on any of the
street/curb/gutter/sidewalk improvements or existing utilities in the ROW, it would be very helpful. I don’t know if we
need to make a public records request to the City for that information.

compliance for 2.5 street townhomes H-2017-0066. This item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda
on June 22, 2017. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00
pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
