I had some typos on the application: Stor-It Self Storage LLC and address is PO Box 140337 Boise, ID 83714 (vs LLP & 140338) I was anticipating that we would have to provide some connection of the water to the north and called Jim Conger representing Citadel to discuss this several months ago. He replied that his site did not need to loop their water with ours. We remain open to working out a water connection between the two sites. On page 8, Emergency Access, you are proposing to saddle this site with a condition of approval for the Citadel site; for Stor-It to provide Citadel with their emergency access. The existing Stor-It site already has a entry and emergency access onto N. Ten Mile Road and will utilize these to serve this proposed expansion. It is not in the best interest of the Stor-It owner to serve an adjacent competitor on the property to the north. We would respectfully ask for this condition to be removed.
