The applicant is required to comply with ACHD conditions of approval regardless and possible changes that were discussed pertained to obtaining additional right-of-way from the property owner to the west for the expansion of Rumple Lane/Harris as a public street access via S. Meridian Rd. ACHD’s draft report is contained in the staff report. Please keep this item on the June 6 th City Council hearing. We really need your help if at all possible as we are running out of time to get it constructed this year. We will need ACHD’s final report before we can send this to Council for a public hearing. Please submit a request for continuance to the June 27 th meeting.
