We are agreeable with the staff report with one exception, we are agreeable to provide the required 10% open space
but not to the requirement to change lot 23 from a buildable lot to open space.
Attached is how I see we can meet the city requirement and also as I discussed with you today we have requested
annexation into Mallard Landing that complete surrounds our property(see attached). This would allow us access to
their common area and irrigation system. We have had a favorable response to our request and are proceeding with a
formal legal request to annex.
I hope our correction is acceptable.

is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on June 1, 2017. The public hearing will be held at City Hall,
