Ravenscroft Street 2 Meridian, Idaho 83646 208-546-2246 President; Turnberry Crossing Subdivision HOA Turnberry Crossing HOA May 9, 2017 Dear Turnberry Resident: You should have received notice by mail that the Meridian Planning & Zoning Commission has sched- uled a hearing on June 1, 2017 to approve plans for the Burlingame Subdivision to be located adjacent to Turnberry Crossing. The HOA Board of Directors is concerned that although the Burlingame developer might initially seek and be granted approval for single-family houses, the agreement may be amended later by the City to allow multi -family unit dwellings to be built. This has happened before to subdivi- sions in Meridian. Turnberry has received information from the developer of Burlingame that the building lots will remain designated R4 which makes the Board suspect that Burlingame might attempt to amend its original appli- cation. For that reason, the Tumberry Crossing HOA has created a petition to present to the Meridian Planning & Zoning Commission listing its concerns. The petition includes signature pages for homeowners who are concerned that the integrity and values of their properties could be in jeopardy. Turnberry Crossing Subdivision Petition #101 Concerning Burlingame Subdivision We, the undersigned Residents of Turnberry Crossing Subdivision formally request the following from the Meridian Planning & Zoning Commission and the developer of Burlingame Subdivision: 1. No amendments to the existing property development agreement will be approved. The existing prop- erty development language specifies single family housing. Reason: To maintain property values. 2. Prior to the construction of Burlingame Subdivision, alternate "Construction" entrance(s) are identified and prepared by the developer - either on White Ash Drive or off of Cherry Lane or both. Reason: To maintain pedestrian safety and to avoid traffic congestion. 3. During the construction phase of Burlingame Subdivision, "No Construction Traffic Allowed" signs will be placed at the entrance to Turnberry Crossing subdivision and the O'Connor Ave. entrance into the new development. Reason: To maintain pedestrian safety, prevent loud noise and to avoid traffic congestion. / Name Signature Address `} `J.,3l W, %iv;wsfnca St Please turn page over for instructions! i,Ap PtyeDate -5/-30/2040 When we came by, you weren't home and we are song to have missed you.
