To Whom It May Concern:
Please find attached the Conditional Use Permit Application for the Raisin Angels Daycare. The
project is located at 143 Archerfield St. in the Paramount Square subdivision. It's exact location
is Township 4N, range 1W, and Section 25, Parcel # R6905490090 and is zoned C -G. The
project will consist of building a new daycare facility that will serve the proposed housing in the
Paramount subdivision, as well as the surrounding businesses and neighborhoods.
The reason for the Conditional Use is to get the "Daycare" Assembly Occupancy approved in
the existing C -G Zone. The tenants project that the daycare will not have more than 135
students at any one time.
The proposed building will be wood framed construction with stucco, stone, and wood accents
and trim. The style is similar to the surrounding neighborhood, making this building feel like a
part of the surrounding neighborhood, which it aims to serve.
We hope this project will be acceptable to the planning department. We feel that this project will
create a positive impact in the area and fulfill the needs of the community as well as the tenants.

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11 -5A -5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property
under consideration.
The applicant shall submit proof of property posting in the form of a notarized statement and a
photograph of the posting to the City no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing
attesting to where and when the sign(s) were posted. Unless such Certificate is received by the
required date, the hearing will be continued.
The sign(s) shall be removed no later than three (3) days after the end of the public hearing for
which the sign(s) had been posted.
I am aware of the above requirements and will comply with the posting requirements as stated in
UDC 11-5A-5.
