A geotechnical evaluation for the project site was performed by GeoTek, Inc. and is summarized in their
report dated January 28, 2016. According to the report, groundwater is anticipated at a depth of 9.5 to
11.5 -ft below the existing ground surface. Based on the information provided in the geotechnical report,
the roadway finish centerline elevations would be more than 3 -ft above the anticipated groundwater
elevation.
