Dear Sonya:
Please find attached an Certificate of Zoning Compliance application and Design Review
application for Linder Road Apartments (1-12016-0111).
I have provided disk which contains the development plans and landscape plans which
demonstrates how we have complied with most of the conditions of approval. These plans also
show locations of these required improvements. The disk shows the different elevations for the
buildings, by changing the types of building materials and colors. There are details on the disk
which show the specifications of the amenities for your review.
At this time we do not know which building will be built on which space. Therefor we propose
to provide a variety in the architectural structure, by only allowing three or less of the same
building to be built next to each other.
Please let me know if you need any more information, and I will provide it.
