We are replacing a vinyl gazebo that is falling apart with a freestanding aluminum solid cover. It will be a gabled solid roof that is insulated and will have a decorative 2"x6" perimeter on it. The posts will also have a 2"x6" frame on them as well. The cover will be 360 square feet and will cover an existing concrete pad. The cover will be white and match the fences in that subdivision. The homeowners want to better utilize that area for meetings, parties, etc. They currently hold their gatherings there, but can't utilize the full potential of that space due to the current design of the gazebo blocks a large section of the area.
