Attached is the staff report for the proposed development agreement modification and preliminary
plat for Caven Ridge Estates East. This item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on May
4th. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm.
