Pages 15760-15764, records of Ada County, Idaho, located in the NE1/4 of the SWI/4 of Section 30,
Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more
particularly described as follows:
COMMMENCING at the center northeast (northern -most) corner of said Lot 17; thence, along the
southwesterly right-of-way of E. Vivid Sky Drive as shown on said Plat and the exterior boundary of
said Lot 17,
A) S.34°46' 16"E., 117.46 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence, continuing along said right-of-
way and boundary,
1) S.34-46'1 6"E., 23.55 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve; thence,
