Chinden Blvd, Meridian in Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County,
Meridian, Idaho, and consists of approximately 19.89 acres. The subdivision includes 51 buildable lots,
2 common driveways and 9 common lots. The specific provisions requested in the final plat application
are intended to be addressed in the plat and construction documents as described below:
• The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat.
• The final plat conforms to the applicable provisions of the UDC.
• The final plat and development plans conform to best management practices and acceptable
surveying, engineering, and landscape architectural practices, and local standards.
AMENITIES
Along with various pathway connections, this project has received alternative compliance approval for
the proposed pond. The pond will be installed in this phase with sidewalks around it.

A geotechnical evaluation for the project site was performed by GeoTek, Inc., with subsurface soil
information summarized in their report dated March 14, 2017. According to the report, groundwater was
not encountered during excavation, but high groundwater could be anticipated at depths from
approximately 15 -ft to 30 -ft below the existing ground surface. Based on the information provided in the
geotechnical report, the roadway finish grade centerline elevations were designed to be more than 3 -ft
above the anticipated groundwater elevations.
