According to the report, groundwater was not encountered during excavation, but high groundwater could be anticipated at depths from approximately 15 -ft to 30 -ft below the existing ground surface. Based on the information provided in the geotechnical report, the roadway finish grade centerline elevations were designed to be more than 3 -ft above the anticipated groundwater elevations.
