Dear Commissioners:
LimitLess Entertainment Boise LLC., respectfully requests approval for a Conditional Use
application for Urban Air, an Indoor Family Recreational Park, to be located at 3820 E. Lanark Street.
Urban Air is to be located at the east end of the existing industrial warehouse building on Lot 4,
Block 1 of the Seyam Subdivision. The existing site complies with all City requirements for parking,
landscaping and street lighting.
The proposed location of Urban Air is a good fit with the existing businesses currently using the
building. The hours of operation are proposed to be Monday — Thursday 3-8pm, Friday & Saturday
I Oam —1 1pm and Sunday l Oam -8pm. These hours of operation and location in the building will have
little, if any, impact on any of the existing tenants in the building. The adjacent tenants, Pakwest and
Pacific Press, operate unmanned warehouses in this location.

Urban Air is leasing 49,000 sf from Vanauker to place a Jump Time like business in a light industrial zone. They will
have approximately 40 employees and will be open in general 8 to 8 7 days a week.
Meridian City request that I get a statement from ACHD about the need or not to need a traffic study.
