Situated in a portion of the NE '/ of Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise
Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
Dear Kent:
This is in response to the Relinquishment Application submitted to Idaho Power Company on
March 8, 2017, regarding the possible relinquishment of the 10' public utility easement
areas located between Lots 4 and 5 of Block 4, and Lots 4 and 5 of Block 5, Troutner
Park Subdivision No. 2 (Utility Easement Area).
Idaho Power's review of the relinquishment request indicated that while there are underground
facilities within the Utility Easement Area, the proposed construction project includes relocation
of lines at the property owner's expense, with a corresponding adjustment to the Utility
Easement Area. As such, Idaho Power agrees to relinquish what easement rights are currently
found within the Utility Easement Area in order to facilitate the proposed construction project.
