Broadway Ave. Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Lewis & Clark Middle School Vehicular Circulation I CZC Review Submittal Dear Bill, We are pleased to submit the attached CZC application for the Vehicular Circulation Remodel at Lewis & Clark Middle School that was discussed during our preapplication meeting on March 24, 2017. This project consists of three minor site modification to the existing vehicular circulation pattern throughout the site, which include the following items: a new visitor and staff driveway onto Pine Ave, bus turnaround on the south side of school, and the widening of the current bus driveway that would become an entrance and exit for buses only at an existing signalized intersection of Pine Ave and Parkdale Ave. We believe that the proposed modifications will be a significant improvement to the current facilities day to day operations. The proposed circulation pattern will greatly reduce traffic conflicts while improving the ingress and egress of the site. Furthermore, the comingling of parent drop-off and buses will be eliminated altogether. Included in this package are the standard site and landscape plans as required for CZC review.
