RE: Avebury Subdivision Final Plat Modification

Attached, please find the Final Plat Modification Application and Checklist for Avebury Subdivision.
As discussed in our meeting on March 17, 2017, the final plat was modified due to construction issues with
storm water disposal. The groundwater levels on -site were higher than anticipated, and this required surficial
swales for storm water. Previously, we had proposed subsurface seepage beds, but due to the new information
on groundwater, we could not meet the required vertical separation. This change in method required the
shifting of lot lines to create space on common lots for those swales. One will handle all ACHD road runoff, and
the second will handle the roof drainage and private driveway/parking lot runoff. The number of total lots has
not changed. Please see the attached plans and reports for additional information.
