RE: FALL CREEK SUBDIVISION NO.4
GROUNDWATER ELEVATIONS
Dear Sonya:
A geotechnical investigation for the project site was performed by Materials Testing & Inspection and is
summarized in their report dated March 26, 2012. According to the geotechnical report and
groundwater monitoring data, high groundwater is anticipated at a depth greater than 12-ft below the
existing ground surface. Based on the information provided in the geotechnical report, the roadway
finish centerline elevations were designed to be more than 3-ft above the anticipated groundwater
elevation.
Please feel free to contact me at 208.376.7330 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
