Josh,
Left you a voicemail but thought I would send you a quick email also.
The condition looks good but I think now there is inconstancy between the spine road condition and the last sentence in
the Note in paragraph I. Application Summary of each . It still states the spine needs to be constructed and dedicated
prior to city’s signature.
