Vicenza Subdivision No. 6 is located north of West McMillan Road and west of N. Ten Mile Road containing approximately 14.88 acres. The site is located in the City of Meridian with a zoning designation of R-4 and was preliminary platted under the name Volterra Subdivision. The site is bordered to the west by unplatted agricultural land, to the south by Black Cat Estates Subdivision, to the east by Vicenza Subdivision No. 1 and to the north by Vicenza Subdivision No. 2. The project consists of 40 buildable lots and 4 common lots for a total of 44 lots in this phase. The common lots are to be owned and maintained by the Homeowners Association. All of the lots in Vicenza Subdivision No. 6 front on public streets and will have access to public utilities located within or adjacent to these Rights of Way. Sewer and potable water is provided to the site. Pressurized irrigation will be provided to each lot in the subdivision. The system will be owned and maintained by the Bridgetower West Homeowners Association.
