Staff -Level Design Review Application
Dear Ms. Allen:
We are revising the design review application for NW Neurobehavioral health
associates as follows: the east elevation of the building has been modified to add
architectural modulation to the building. The tenant entrance has been bumped -
out by a foot, the parapet has been raised, and the finish is changed to
composite rain screen. All else remains the same.
