Josh is out of the office today. In reviewing the two (2) submitted plats for Movado Estates No. 1 and No. 2, I believe
there are too many discrepancies in the submitted plans to move forward with next week’s hearing. I respectfully
request that you defer these final plats to the March 7th hearing so you can address staff’s concerns. I am happy to
provide with a detail list of the required changes to both plats.
