The property is located on the southeast corner of Chinden and Black Cat. It is approximately 2Z acres and, is curren0y a rural, reside4tial; property with a house and several out buildings and pastureland. We feel that due to the limited hours of operation for this type of use, it will be compatible with the surrounding residential properties.
