We are requesting a continuance, I just don't know if our office can get those revised plans to you in time for
you to review them for the 20th. That is why I'm asking how much time you will need. If you need a week to
review them and need then by the 13th, that will not be feasible for us, therefore I will need to ask for a
November hearing date..

submitted. If you want to change the plans you’ll need to request continuance. It doesn’t have to be the 20 th , but that is

I received a vm from Tim stating that you plan to continue the hearing till October 20th, is that true? If so what
plans will you need from us, modified preliminary plat and pre-construction plans? When would you need
those by so you can review them?

Sabrina, I know part of our email yesterday was about the potential to continue the application until we get
some of the issues hammered out. If that is the plan, will you let me know as soon as you can? I need to let the
clerk’s office know as soon as possible if you decide to continue this for a couple weeks.
