Longwing Ln., Suite #100 - The Village at Meridian - Meridian, Idaho Sonya: Please find attached the Design Review (DR) and submittal for a new 10,000 sf "Vanilla Shell" tenant improvement and minor exterior upgrade at Suite #100 within the Village at Meridian Building 'C' shell. In addition to some minor improvements to the interior to provide a "Vanilla Shell" for a future tenant, some exterior wall infill construction is proposed under this application. The design and aesthetic treatment of the infill construction is consistent with the Village's architectural design aesthetic. The exterior storefront system will be provided by the tenant and submitted for approval as a separate application. The future tenant use proposed is consistent with the use anticipated to populate this space. The City's requirement for weather protection (Meridian Code 11 -3A -19A.4) will be provided by the existing steel canopy. As in the case with previous Village applications, the exterior building signage shall be submitted to the City for approval at a later date by the tenant or their representative.
