We have reviewed the corrected Paramount Director staff report and agree with the analysis, recommendations, and
conditions of approval to be considered by the Planning & Zoning Commission at its hearing this Thursday, October 20 th .
For the record—and for City Council consideration in a subsequent hearing—we will request a waiver of UDC 11-3A-3 for
the already-constructed and ACHD-approved North Peppard Avenue access directly into the “Cadence” portion of the
project. The matter is referenced on pages 4 and 7 of the staff report but not specifically within the recommendations
and conditions.
I will attend the hearing to affirm our support and request for approval as recommended, and to answer Commission
questions.
