Sonya we are good with the staff report.
Attached is the revised site plan we discussed after the P&Z hearing where we have moved the street
improvements to the 48ft right of way location. and have added to more parking stalls bring us back to the
original 130 spaces

annexation & zoning and conditional use permit for Linder Road Apartments. These items are scheduled to be
on the City Council agenda on [date]. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue,
beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
