319 Farrington, OpalA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, SETTING FORTH CERTAIN FINDINGS AND PURPOSES; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AND ENTER INTO, ON BEHALF OF SAID MUNICIPALITY, AN AGREEMENT ENTITLED "AGREEMENT FOR HOOKUP TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN'S SEWER/WATER SYSTEM OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS", BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF MERIDIAN AND OPAL C. FARRINGTON. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO: WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Meridian to enter into an agreement with OPAL C. FARRINGTON, denoted as "AGREEMENT FOR HOOKUP TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN'S SEWER/WATER SYSTEM OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS", a copy of which is attached hereto marked as Exhibit "A" to this Resolution, the reasons and authority for which are set forth in said Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL, as follows: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into and on behalf of the City of Meridian that certain agreement with OPAL C. FARRINGTON, entitled "AGREEMENT FOR HOOKUP TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN'S SEWER/WATER SYSTEM OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS", dated the .~-~--~ day of /e~a,_~ ,2000, by and between the City of Meridian and OPAL C.
