COMPREHENSIVE PARKS & RECREATION SYSTEM PLAN Discussed Doug Strong will discuss plans to update the comprehensive pazks and recreation plan and formation of a commission sub-committee to assist with the update. Subcom-nittee: Andee Stockton, Bruce MacCoy, and Matt Ellsworth. Jim %ller will provide graphics for the updates. V. DEPARTMENT STAFF CHANGES Discussed Doug Strong will update the commission on department staff changes and introduce the new recreation superintendent. VI.
