LION'S CLUB PARTNERSHIP UPDATE: Discussed Club members will update the commission on plans for their annual rodeo in September and discuss long-term goals to develop the park. V. SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SETTLER'S PARK:* Dave Koga representing The Land Group will present the concept draft from the July meeting for the southeast corner of Settler's Park. Discussed/Approved with Changes -Move to City Council for Approval of Concept Plan VI. MESSINA MEADOWS SUBDIVISION: Kent Brown representing the developer for Messina Meadows will present the plan for the proposed neighborhood park in the development. Discussed/Approved —Move to City Council for Approval and Acceptance of the Park as a City Neighborhood Park. VII.
