The Commission will consider removal and addition of items to the Consent Calendar prior to voting on the Consent
Calendar. All items remaining on the Consent Calendar may be approved in one motion. Items removed from the Consent
Calendar will be taken up after the "Action Calendar" unless the Commission reorders the agenda.

Doug Strong will continue the discussion on adding recreational activities to our current pazk ordinance and seek
commission recommendation for council.

Doug Strong will continue the discussion regarding the use of the concession stand at Settler's park for the
upcoming season and seek commission recommendation for City Council.

Doug Strong and Kathleen Kuebler will review and discuss with the commission the proposals to require permits
for: Short-term Concession Sales, Amplified Sound, and Park Use Application of Events. The proposed drafts need
to be reviewed including the recommended fees and move forward to City Council for approval.

Police Chief Bill Musser and Doug Strong will present the updated plans for the development of the property west CI ~
of the Meridian Police Departrnent to include a K-9 training area and an acre for Snake River Racing. City Council
has requested a recommendation from the Commission on the updated plans.
