CONSENT AGENDA
The Commission will consider removal and addition of items to the Consent Calendar prior to voting on the Consent
Calendar. All items remaining on the Consent Calendar mcry be approved in one motion. Items removed from the Consent
Calendar will be taken up after the 'Action Calendar" unless [he Commission reorders the agenda.

Doug Strong will update the commission on the status of the Adventure Island Playground Agreement with the City
of Meridian.

Doug Strong will update the commission on the status of ordinance change to add shelters to the park shelter
reservation list.

Doug Strong will update the commission on the current status ofthe Meridian Youth Baseball/Softball Agreement.

Doug Strong will update the commission on the current status of Snake River Racing (remote control racecar track),
Kiwanis Park, and Lions Club Rodeo partnership agreements.

The commission will have an open discussion of the process for passing action items to the Mayor and City Council.
