FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Consent Calendar The Commission will consider removal and addition of items to the Consent Calendar prior to voting on the Consent Calendar. All items remaining on the Consent Calendar may be approved in one motion. Items removed from the Consent Calendar will be taken up after the 'Action Calendar" unless the Commission reorders the agenda. 6. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE JANUARY O8, 2003 MEETING* Action Calendar 7. SKATE PARK ORDINANCE The commission will review the new skate park ordinance in preparatory to the submission of the said ordinance to the city attorney. 0 8. PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION ORDINANCE* The commission has submitted the parks and recreation commission ordinance to the attorney for review and final approval. 9. PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION BY-LAWS* The commission will review the new parks and recreation commission by-laws in preparatory to the submission of the by-laws to the city attorney. 10. PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION SEATS* ♦ Resignation letter from Debbie Watkins* The commission has solicited applications for two (2) seats on the parks and recreation commission. The commission will review the applications and put a consideration in front of the Mayor to submit to City Council. 11. ELECTION OF PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION SECRETARY The commission will hold an election for one (1) parks and recreation commission secretary by calling for nominations and voting individually as an open organized body. PARKSTONE SUBDIVISION NEIGHBORHOOD PARK* Becky Bowcutt will give the commission a brief presentation on Parkstone Subdivision including pathways and the Meridian City Neighborhood Park. Parkstone Subdivision is located on the corner of Eagle and Ustick Roads. 13. CITY PARK ORDINANCE* The commission will review the current city park ordinance for all city owned parks, which includes Tully Park. 14. PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR POSITION Bruce MacCoy and Creg Steele will update the commission on the status of the new parks and recreation director position.
