For value received, The Young Men's Christian Association of Boise City, an Idaho
Nonprofit Corporation, ("Grantor"), grants, bargains, sells and conveys to The City of Meridian, an
Idaho Municipal Corporation ("Grantee"), whose current address is 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian
Idaho, 83642 and its successors and assigns forever, the real property situated in Ada County, State of
Idaho legally described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
This conveyance shall include any and all estate, right, title, interest, appurtenances, tenements,
hereditaments, reversions, remainders, easements, rents, issues, profits, rights-of-way and water rights in
anywise appertaining to the property herein described.
Grantor covenants that prior to the execution of the Grant Deed, Grantor has not conveyed this
real property to any other person, and at the time of execution, the real property is free from
encumbrances done, made, or suffered by the Grantor.
