Good morning, Sonya. Regarding the Waltman/Browning Plaza applications for Time Extension for the Preliminary Plat
and Development Agreement Modification that are scheduled for Public Hearing before the City Council on October
25 th , please accept the following. At this time, I would like to withdraw the DA Modification at this time. Regarding the
Time Extension, we would like to move forward with that and have it approved as requested. I will not be able to make it
to the hearing next week, as I have a prior commitment, but would like for the Council to move ahead and approve the
request as submitted. If the Council wishes to have me testify in person, please have the application be placed on the
November 22 agenda.
