Regarding the Waltman/Browning Plaza applications for Time Extension for the Preliminary Plat and Development Agreement Modification that are scheduled for Public Hearing before the City Council on October 25 th , please accept the following. At this time, I would like to withdraw the DA Modification at this time. Regarding the Time Extension, we would like to move forward with that and have it approved as requested. I will not be able to make it to the hearing next week, as I have a prior commitment, but would like for the Council to move ahead and approve the request as submitted.
